You will normally receive your order within 7-12 business days*. There are certain times of the year, especially during December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the Canadapost.ca website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Farleyco.ca is not responsible for any Canada Post shipping delays.
Free Shipping for Purchases Over $50 CDN
We are now offering FREE expedited shipping with purchases over $50 to all locations in Canada*!
* Shipments that require extra shipping charges imposed by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to: shipments of excessive weight, shipments to extremely rural areas or bulk orders that cannot be combined.
SHIPPING RULES AND REGULATIONS
We normally ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. All orders placed today will download the next business day. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays within Canada.
Farleyco.ca is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O Boxes must be shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping method only.

Return and Exchange Policy
Items Purchased Online
Return to Online Store: We'll gladly accept returns for any products purchased online at Farleyco.ca, up to 30 days from purchase. However, items purchased online must be returned to our warehouse and CANNOT be returned in-store.
You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Return to eCommerce warehouse: Items purchased on Farleyco.ca can also be returned within 30 days of purchase, to the Farleyco Marketing fulfillment centre. Items cannot be exchanged. Original item must be returned and new order placed.
You cannot return merchandise purchased in a Store other than Farleyco.ca to the warehouse. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment centre not purchased online at Farleyco.ca cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

We cannot accept COD's for returned merchandise.
In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
Do not return items to Farleyco.ca by Air Mail - The Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
You can return the item to the Farleyco.ca fulfillment centre using Canada Post. The cost of the shipping will be covered if the item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
